The room was spacious. It had comfortable beds. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower. I appreciated the variety of food offered. The Moroccan cuisine was AMAZING!!! The staff was friendly and helpful. They were always smiling. I enjoyed the numerous pools available. There were lifeguards present at each pool.
The gym could use a few more free weights.

The facility has numerous pools. I counted at least seven, all well-kept. i found the staff consistently helpful, especially at reception. the hotel offers a good variety of restaurants. I liked the chinese one.
the walk to the beach required navigating a slightly long pier.

mixed bag. some hits, some misses
oily poolsbuffet cake
the pools.. well, they had a certain oily sheen. not exactly refreshing. the food started out bland, but then i found two other restaurants for lunch and dinner. i even booked the "fine-dining" spot for my birthday. my wife planned a cake surprise, but the manager knew nothing about it and suggested a slice from the buffet. seriously?

Ali ahdy AT reception is very helpful and has a positive attitude. he come through for us whenever we needed help. the team was always nice and kind. They upgraded our room.
unfortunately, this hotel is just average. the restaurants are furnished with cheap plastic furniture. the food quality was underwhelming across the board. most dishes tasted bland, as if very little salt or seasoning was used.

our beautiful family room have ample space for everyone. the room including a king-size bed and two twin beds. A private balcony give us some extra space for relaxation. this room also comes with a mini-fridge stocked with drinks.

The room had a double bed. it had direct access to the pool and reading by the pool was indeed relaxing. the food choices were varied. I found the moroccan cuisine appealing.
the aqua park water temperature was a bit too cold for very young children.
